How to evade the ban

I had a small Twitter account that had barely 10 followers and the Twitter account was about a website of mine.

Twitter has suspended the account for "Violating our rules against platform manipulation and spam".

Been appealing for weeks, I'm kind of sure now that they won't reply to the appeal.

So what are the best ways to evade this ban?

You can just buy some old reddit account like 1-2years old and use proxy plus userdata
 
Keeping it up with regulars activities like you are doing to your real account would have kept it safe. Well, I guess it's time for you to move on and create a new one.
 
Yeah probably easier to make new one than try to recover.
 
If you have filled bio and pics, phone number added to the account , and logged into app they will not suspend it. You can have around 7 account on one app without problem.
 
Create a new account, but be aware that the URL itself could be banned from twitter.
