I’ve been started to dropship almost half a year, well, selling baby items. The sales is good. Now, I’m going to establish my brand, what should I do? Can you guys give me some advice?

Establishing your brand is largely about pr, but how much you have to do is really dependent on your niche.

Well you need to decide what makes you different from the rest, then focus on a story and some core beliefs - use these as the back bone or driving force of the business and never venture away from them. Build up the brand around the ethos and find like minded people and take it slow.

Stop only on quality products, define your uniqueness, think over the style, mission of the company. Be sure to write down the internal rules that will distinguish them from other stores. Add your own chip, perhaps a range of products with your logo

If the sales are good - Try to stock some products and ship them yourself so you could improve your profit margin.
as for ads - Facebook/Google - If you can do it yourself improve your ROI if you cant - find an expert.

Are you selling on Shopify Amazon or Ebay?
