It's impossible. You need to find the keyword that is associated with casino but not banned at the moment
 
Implement your BH keywords gradually, after a few days of spending on your campaign.

try adding them from the search terms (first use a kw that brings u that search term, and then add it from there) is a softer way to add black kw

you can try change some letters in the keyword to bypass filters or use cloaking
