How to ensure emails in inbox

Hi,
Is there any method other than third party tool to send email campaigns. And how can I ensure that the emails are going in the inbox only?

We are using whcms to send email campaigns.

Sure, you could do an HTML email template by hand and then set up a mail server to send the stuff, but I wouldn't go down that path. It just brings more trouble than benefit.

Any specific reason you don't want to use a third party to send email? Personally I use both Mailchimp and Mailjet, depending on what's required from the email tool, and both work really well and have free plans for you to utilize.

Then you could always use something like Amazon SES, which is like 10 cents per 1000 emails. It's not as simple to use as Mailchimp or Mailjet, but for the price it's amazing.
