Just like the title, how do you get your page monetize (specifically Ads Stream) enable if you live in one of the country that is not enable?

Please use an FB account of a person belonging to a country that allows to make money from the page and then let them be the admin of the page and then wait 24 hours, you will be able to make money from that page.
