do you want to send the emails using your money site domain? if not just pay to send those emails just make sure to put some of your emails to verify that the service actually sent the emails, and also use short links with analytics in order to see if you are having some kind of success.
if you are using your domain you should warm up and make sure that the emails actually are active otherwise you will destroy the good reputation of the domain and that's not worth it
in my case if I get an email list not verified I rather pay someone to send the emails and I try to get a report of those that actually receive the emails and from those, i try to get the one that actually clicks the promotion, those would be a good list to follow up, the rest I just delete them they are useless emails.

Yes i need to send the mails from my Domain.
The emails are gatherd through instagram, mainly businesses,so they should have a good active rate.
How do i manage a good inbox rate? is it simply SPF, DMARC, DKIM records and then warming up the Domain?

You already know the concept. When you maintain good health of SMTP and domain you can inbox good. Warmup and reputation is key.
