Who can help me with editing text in a scanned pdf file ? I'm not sure which program is the best to do it.I have a scanner and water bill from my supplier.I've scanned that bill and converted to pdf file but don't know how to edit text.I need to change the address nothing more.Which program do you recommend to use ? Photoshop ? Adobe ? Thanks.

Adobe works well for this.

Short answer: You can't.
Long answer: It is possible to scan the file using an ocr software (google it) and convert it into a word document. The result often is very pathetic, but you never know. You could also import your pdf file to photoshop and remove the part you want to replace by erasing (if bg is white) or by clone stamping. Then, you could write whatever needed in the closest possible color/font etc. Your best bait isto hire a photoshop professional if you need quality work.

you need excellent skills on photoshop I might help you if it is small text

If the full feature driver of the scanner is installed there will be an OCR software associated with it, which can be used to edit the text and other things.
