Hi,
About 5 years ago, I started blogging on a topic of interest to me. More than 100 articles were published, but there were few readers, and the traffic from search engines was only for one article. Then I grew up, and the blog was consigned to oblivion. What was my surprise when I recently saw that the blog is being read by 300 visitors a day! And now, about 10 articles are actively bringing visitors from Google.

This inspired me to monetize the blog and give it a second life.

The question is how to monetize a blog with the least effort? Is it even possible?

The problem is that the blog is in Russian, so the geography of visitors is as follows:
60% of visitors are from Russia
30% from Ukraine
5% from USA
5% - rest of the world

Advertisements (adsense, mgid, media. net), sponsored posts, affiliate marketing, selling your products, etc

Adsense or Ezoic
10K sessions per month is a decent start
Target more articles that are similar to the ones that perform well

There is a problem if you want to monetize content by displaying ads - it will distract readers. You will lose some readers and showing ads can make you only a few cents. In other words, ads always lower the value of the website., also, everybody uses adblocker, so no sense.

I don't know what's your niche, but generally, I would start email marketing and trying to sell niche-related ebooks (using e-junkie dot com).
There are two options, you can write and design that ebook by yourself. Second, the easier option is to find private-label books/articles about a topic and reframe them (translate to Russian or hire someone to do that from Fiverr).

You can sell niche-related affiliate products. Email marketing is the thing you really should do, there is even software that you can use to generate email messages (but because your readers speak Russian, there will be additional work to translate them).

There are millions of ways to monetize blogs. But the answer to your actual question - with the least effort.
Well, shortly, the answer is - SELL YOUR BLOG!

Affiliate marketing. One of the most popular methods for monetizing a blog is to leverage affiliate marketing.
Sell digital products, Ebooks,..Etc.

I interpret your question as to how to monetize a blog for consistent, long-term income.

You have to understand that you can easily do that if you build a solid community around your blog.

On the other hand, if most of the people that come to your blog get the information they need and leave immediately never to come back again, you're going to have a problem on your hands.

If you want to monetize a blog for the long term, I suggest selling your own products.

Sure, you may start with AdSense or some sort of display advertising program, but eventually, you should think about offering your own products.

Why?

Well, first, you're in control.

You have to understand that when you try to sell anything online that isn't yours, you are at the mercy of that affiliate program's sales page.

What if they make crappy sales pages?

What if they can't sell even if their lives are dependent on it?

You suffer for their incompetence or lack of attention.

You make that problem go away when you sell your own products because you know your traffic better than anybody else.

You know how people navigate through your blog so you come up with digital products like ebooks, seminars, courses, webinars — you name it — that directly address the needs of the people that find themselves on your site.

The best part?

You sell to them with many different sales pages.

You start out with one sales page; you find it's not converting so you make different changes until you come up with something that does.

Another great thing about selling your own products is that it doesn't have to be just a one-shot thing.

When you sell a product for $1, the logic behind that is to get people to get on the proven buyer mailing list.

These people are truly interested in solutions offered by your blog.

They put their money where their mouth is.

After all, they paid a dollar.

When they're on that list, this means that they are proven buyers so you can then sell them other related products.

You can get them to sign up for seminars.

Whatever the case may be, the more people you get on your list, the higher the chance you will make money off them at some point in the future.

This is why it's really important to understand that you can easily monetize a blog even if you don't get much traffic.

That's what makes it easy.

How?

Create a list!

Build a community.

Keep sending updates that add value to the lives of your newsletter members, and the more your list grows, the more passive money you stand to make long into the future.

Believe it or not, there are many small blogs with niche audiences and very little traffic that make money hand over fist.

Why?

The money is IN the list.

Remember that.

Bro, I have a question, how much time do you have this results? Thanks

Let me tell right away, you will have a little of hard time to do this but trust it pays more and it perfectly fits your needs since as you said you write in russian, I know for fact that any ads you display in your site isn't going to make you that much of money so what I will suggest you to do is the following first of look for people/blogs/services/websites that is in the same niche as you maybe they have a service a product or anything like that contact 3 or 5 people at least with a custom email, basically say:

Hey there I own this website, I gain this amount of visitors, I got luck to visit your website/brand and I love what you are doing and I was wondering if you are interested in displaying your product in my website, If you are interested contact me back for further information,
Kind regards {name}

So this is like your basic format and try to research what they do and plug in more informations on why you think they are a perfect fit for your audience and basically at starters I think if you are getting 300 v/day meaning about 10k/mo you could charge from 300$ and up for a one month display that is what I would go for,

I hope this helps you, and good luck!

One of the easiest ways to make money from your blog is to become a freelance writer for more prominent blogs in your niche. The best way to find businesses or blogs in your niche to write for is to simply make a Google search for keywords related to that niche and see what comes up. Use inbound marketing and SEO to drive people to your site where you can then offer them your writing and blogging services. With affiliate marketing, you promote the products of other businesses and get a commission for every sale you help bring in.

There are so many ways like placing ads, affiliate links etc.

See what your competition is doing as that will give you a major hint

you have a descent amount of traffic, you can add affiliate links and display ads through adsense
