What is easiest way to duplicate my own blog?

I dont want to duplicate posts/content.

    I want to duplicate:
    - Theme with made exchanges
    - Plugins with setups

Is there any plugin for this, or do I have to pack the site and copy it to another domain?

Can't you just install WP from scratch then copy themes and plugins folder?
not sure if WP stores parts of those in the DB as well?

Why don't you copy all the blog and remove articles, that way all settings will be same

Wordpress usually stores most plugin and theme changes in the database. The easiest way I'd recommend is to copy the whole database and wp-content folder, and delete the posts and pages afterwards.

In case you want to do this manually, here is how it's done:

    1. export WP database (using phpmyadmin -> select database -> EXPORT (use SQL format))
    2. copy all content from your current wp folder to the new (using FTP usually)
    3. edit exported .SQL file (replace old URL to new URL. ie. old sitename was "www.example.com", replace it to "www.newsite.com" using notepad)
    4. create WP database on the new location
    5. import previously exported .SQL file into the new location (using phpmyadmin -> select database >- IMPORT)
    6. edit wp-config accordingly to the new database, login info
    7. login to wp-admin, remove previous author (it will remove all posts which belong to him), or just delete all posts
    8. optionally delete wp-contect/uploads folder, it contains all your uploaded media files (check it first if your plugins don't have anything in this folder)

    Cheers

Manual method - mentioned a few posts above by farkasb
Auto method - Install the ultimate WP plugin, and do some reading (good for multi sites)
Auto method (paid) - Use a plugin called Backup Buddy. Mainly used for backing up sites, but also for moving/cloning sites.

WP-Twin is awesome. I've been using it for over 3 years now. It can do exactly what you mentioned.

When you copy and paste the plugin/themes it will work. However the default data
as in what background you set and if you had any configuration settings inside of your
plugin/theme will all be lost since that data is stored elsewhere.
