How to Ease FB Scheduling?

I find the traditional FB post scheduling a real pain in the ass - imagine that you want to have 12 post/day and you want to schedule a week up front - not only that you will probably get crazy when selecting year/month/day over and over, but there's a good probability you'll make some mistake along this whole process.

So my question is easy - is there any free method/utility how to make this whole process a bit easier?
