Since you have started a blog, here's the next steps:

1. Monetise your blog with ClickBank, Amazon Associate, Google Adsense and CPA Offers.

2. Keep adding quality unique contents to your blog on a consistent basis.

3. Start driving super targeted traffic/visitors to your blog.

Traffic generation is the key element to everyone's online success.

Basically, there are two traffic generation methods:

1. Free traffic through ranking your blog via Search Engine Optimisation.

2. Paid traffic through Pay Per Cost (PPC), Per Pay View (PPV), and Facebook Ads Campaigns.

How would someone like myself get started with this. I am a newbie and I wouldn't even know where to begin. I've been looking at ways to earn even a little cash through the internet and I haven't been successful at all. I've been mainly focusing on email marketing and product creation. I recommend watching YouTube videos on it, and checking out guys like Frank Kern, Andre Chaperon, and Ben Settle.

Try fiverr, seoclerks as alternatives to microworkers.
Odesk (now upwork) is okay, stick with that and build your reputation there.
