Here's a simple method:
- Get into Neverblue or Maxbounty or another strong CPA company with high-paying leads
- Find an offer the pays 5 bucks or more per lead.
- You said you can work 15 hours a week? You might want to try and budget in a bit more but that will still work (I recommend at least 3 hours a day). Find a niche related forum to your CPA offer.
- Now just work your butt off. Build up some rep on the forums, get your post count up etc...
- Finally just recommend your offer in a helpful way to other members. PM other members too. Be realistic about it not spammy.
- Work every day on the forums (you can branch out social networkds too). Simply get one lead every day and at 5 bucks a lead you have 150+ per month.

Sorry I meant 100 per month is cake. 100 per day is not easy and is what I am trying to get to right now.
you make some vids, for example showing/explaining some stuff and then write smt like "go to my website to download sample". Then put a content locker on your site and it's done.
now promote that vid
make another 100 vids ;-)

It is simple. Find a niche,for example,game beta codes. make videos about it and upload to youtube,but dont expect traffic from just 1-2 video. Then.make a blog and lock your content with gateway or just direct link to the file gateway.

somebody already suggested fiverr, well it's actually one of the easiest formula, it's very hot now and it's growing day by day
post 20 gigs on fiverr, you said you already have some tools, generate 25 sales/month (highly possible with 20 gigs) which is a little less than 1 per day and you're already there, actually it'll be $99 after paypal takes their cut and you don't have to work 15 hours per day, only a few minutes at most
there are a lot of threads here with great tips about fiverr and WSOs in the dl section, study them, you don't have to invent anything, you don't really need to be creative (it's not a problem of course if you are), see what works, what not, which the most popular services are, just go with the flow and you may end up making more/much more than $100 month
buying traffic is already there, you "just" need to leverage it
