How to earn money from a small email list? Help Needed

Hey Guys, I have build up a small email list containing 300 to 400 emails. I wanted to know how can I earn from them without spamming them. I know I can send them affliate offers and other stuffs but I am not very sure on what niche should I try or how can I compose the correct email that should convert into leads.

I need some ideas from you guys as I am quite new to it and don't have any money to invest in it.

I was also wondering if I could sell that email list after growing and where will I be able to sell it?

Depends on What niche is this list about. If they are random persons without any niche, their value is $0 and it's almost impossible to monetize them.

If they are in a specific niche, build a mail campaign by giving away free stuffs first
 
How targeted is the list? How was it acquired? (Did they sign up for specific service etc or you just got lost from somewhere).

You should not get emails without permissions. People will block you because they didn't give you the email in a natural way
 
every email needs to be a opt-in.

this gives you permission to contact your list.

cold emails non permission would be useless your need millions to get any kind of conversion, but also take chances get into trouble for harassment or spam.
 
I would like to scrap too, with free scrapper tool.

I acquired them by running a Tshirt giveaway for 1 month
 
it depend on your email list.if they want buy something you need promote sale related offer if they want others service you need to provide that related offer.so total depend what the email list people looking for.
 
I have got email list of shopping(watchesm, handbag, belt etc) related. What kind of CPA should i offer them?
