the highest payout per 1000 download from what i know is uploadstation..
but the better which Internet download manager can't caught the link is filesonic and wupload. based on my exp with making money with uploading, when IDM caught the link you didnt earn any of download count. better using filesonic and wupload

^^^ Who the fuck knows who is the best pay per download site! After the PPD sites scrubbing and shaving who the hell knows how much money you end up with!?
If you are in this for the long game I would suggest setting up your own file gateway where you collect email addresses and then use your list to send them CPA offers! At least then you can track absolutely everything about your marketing.
