How To Duplicate a WP Site?

Hi guys (& gals) -hoping someone can help to explain the easiest way that I can port (duplicate) my entire WP site onto another persons hosting account who wants the exact same website for their own? Here's my site located on Bluehost and I want to duplicate it onto his Hostgator account

get a sql dump of your site (should also include wp content and all that)

Go in and change url of your site to his site.

upload that file dump on a sql database..(you will most likely have to make a new sql database for the new site)

Usually if you change everything and upload it on your root and send in a ticket to your hosting company they will do the rest....

The easiest way if you're not technical is BackupBuddy. It will easily backup your WP installation and then migrate it to a new server. It is a paid product though although I have seen it in the BHW download forum.

Hostgator will do it (migration) for free when you sign up.

If not,
Backup everything. Save the wordpress sql database through PHPMyadmin

copy all files (Non tech way is through FTP) to new host.
