1) Check which pages the traffic enters and where those pages rank, and then build some links to them to increase their rank (for more traffic hopefully) if they don't rank high.
If they already rank high but the traffic is low it usually means that the main keyword(s) of that / those page(s) is / are low search volume, so find keywords with higher search volume and build links to those pages instead...
Additionally (and simultaneously) build links to your main page to build up its authority score as authority is one of the most important ranking factors...
2) other than SEO I don't know of other ways to get organic traffic, but if you have the money you could buy sponsored ads / placement in local / nationwide magazines and other business directories like yours. If someone visits a business directory they're likely that they'll visit another one while they're at it, so advertising in relevant / similar directories or magazines pays off in the long run (but it will probably be expensive as fuck). But the good news is that as you build up your site's authority and traffic levels google might notice and reward you with free rankings and traffic. It's not guaranteed to happen, but I've seen it before, so it's possible...
Your site looks great by the way, if I were Aussie I would definitely bookmark and use it...
And try to advertise it on social media as much as you can, either by paid ads or by FB groups / retweets / whatever. After 6-7 months of daily advertising you should be able to have a decent level of traffic...
