How to drive targeted traffic to Amazon book?

Not sure I'm posting in the right section (pardon in advance), however I will appreciate useful suggestions.

A friend of mine has a book listed on Amazon and looking for ways of promoting it. I suggested FB ad and Google Ad, but he wants something else. Any idea how this book can be promoted?

Thanks. It looks solid but the guy don't want to spend money on social to promote it
 
Hello! Just to share on my experience. When i started my blog i was convince that Paid traffic will needed results. And i must say i have been satisfied with the quality of traffic sent so far! I know Most traffic platforms are too expensive, but i know some cheaper sources you may try. Like webtrafficgeeks.org or www.maxvisits.com. :)

Tried tested the service from webtrafficgeeks.org and i must say i'm impressed with the quality and the delivery of their service. The results where almost immediate. But all in all, so far so good! :)

This does not answer the question. I can generate traffic myself through various method, but I'm talking of targeted and paying traffic for book not just sending a bunch of traffic to a website
 
Sorry for the confusion. I think they provide also targeted specific traffic like E E-book Education Employment/Targeted Books Visitors Traffic Tech niches.

Do you know what they are for advertising niche amazon sites? What is the ROI ?(normally depends on the price of the product but also on many other things). Thank you.

Not sure about that. Only i know is they offer traffic and get visitor, a real human visitor but can't guaranteed sales. But everything needs to be try. :)
