How to download/Capture Videos from ESPN3 using Firefox?

Can someone help me out here.I am using fire fox and I want to download certain videos from ESPN3 site.I am already having fire fox download helper.But its not working for this site.Can someone share some good fire fox plug-ins which'll help me download videos from espn3.It will be of great help.Add to that I am using Linux OS,so I cant use any Windows based S/Ws.Urgent help needed.
Also please suggest a good alternative for Screen Video Capture for Linux OS which captures sound also.

try using orbit downloader, 8t can capture stream video URL to download. But it is not a ff plugin.

if you're using firefox, try UnPlug plugin, hope this help.

I used aTube Catcher....free application which downloads videos from websites.
