How to download a website from the archive with comments

Hello, Anyone knows a way to download a website from archive, but with all the article comments?.

I did download some websites in the past, But not one of my download services could get the comments. Any Help. Thank you.

you can't. simply because wordpress comments are stored in the database and you will need the database itself. database is the real value of a wp site.

the easiest way is to rebuild everything manually. .. just hire somebody on fiverr
