I would suggest a lot more than 10 positive results. You're assuming that all 10 of your targets will show up on page 1. In my experience, they won't.

Since you don't have a strong foundation of knowing which sites will rank, I would expect 1-3% of the sites you create will rank on the first 3 pages. That gives you 30 total target locations so I would suggest building 100 accounts on different domains. That means a single twitter account, a single Facebook account, a single Pinterest account, etc.

I would suggest that your backlinks were not indeed sufficient if they haven't moved up your positive sites. Maybe you need stronger content. Did you create 100 different social media accounts as I suggested? This is probably a 3+ month campaign. If you're just starting out, it might take more time.
I am concentrating on blog and forum commenting for increase social media accounts SERP.

I think this might be your problem. Have you tested those types of links to see if they produce results? If you haven't tested to ensure they can produce rankings, you have no idea if your strategy is effective.
I would ask yourself, "Why am I doing this? Am I sure this is going to do anything?" If you don't know why and you don't know what to expect, you're likely wasting time.

I'd be happy to make a recommendation. The main issue with ROR is the high CTR that goes to it. Although in the latest update they saw a big drop in traffic which was nice. Generally I am seeing the most effective RMs doing suppression combined with negative SEO attempts on ROR. However, someone at ROR is on top of their manual actions.
