Hi guys,

I have a question. What are the best SEO strategies for an e-commerce company?
I want to rank for many different keywords and I wonder if you could share some great best practice tips. I would also be interested in great examples. What are ecommerce companies that have done white SEO successfully.

Zero difference than any other strategy, just includes more inner pages and keywords. You wanna be successful? Make sure your onsite is solid first.
 
Agreed. For E-Commerce site, you need to do solid work on your website structure, optimize each pages with proper keywords, good link structure and yes content should also be well written as per your business.

On page seo is very important, try searching about silo structure and also add a blog on your site so you can interlink blogpost to product pages as your product pages will not have that much content. I have been seeing good results by adding fake reviews on my site its just another way of gaining trust and authority.
 
Get your on-site seo straight and make your site look professional as fuck. As if its a large organization.

guest posts, press releases, blog comments, etc all still apply. Try getting reviews + do follow backlinks from prominent sites in your niche. Submit your site to DMOZ and high da/pa directories and even a few paid ones. Invest in google adwords and shopping ads. Apart from that once you make some money, build out a private blog network for your ecommerce site.
 
Right interesting content and post it on the social networks ? This takes time and money though. Also as your site is e-commerce it's probably not very specific at all.

The best SEO strategies for the E-Commerce companies/sites:-
To create unique product descriptions.
Encourage user reviews.
Establish easy site navigation.
Link between the pages wherever it is possible.
 
If I had an e-commerce site, I'll do the following-
Ensure onpage optimization is solid, that includes all inner pages
Build my own PBNs
Regular press releases
Build a fan base on facebook/insta

Remember, you want to convert traffic to first time customer and subsequently, repeat customer. Think of strategies to acquire first time customers if you're starting up!

Flawless onsites with custom meta desc's & Page Titles. A brief snippet of content per category page along with some relevant links are a great starting point. Reviews are great aswell.
