I wanted to know about how to do white hat SEO is there any good software.....

White Hat SEO is most of the time about doing things manually. Even though there are good software, they can't replicate a real person. So if you want stuff done semi-automatically, then it's probably black hat. White Hat techniques go by the book and build links in a natural way.

But I guess there are plugins for wordpress that you can use to check some of your on-page SEO, like all-in-one seo pack, or yoast seo. If that's what you mean?

coloured hat seo doesn't exist
the moment you think about building links to your site, you break googl3's guidelines
everybody breaking their guidelines is a spammer or blackhat

you either worship goo0gl3 or you don't and try to make money

The last time i checked, white hat SEO doesn't really exist.

I still wonder how it got mixed up with the use of software.
I think of SEO as a spectrum. You have white hat SEO on one side and black hat SEO on the other side, but nobody is really at either end of the spectrum; they're somewhere in-between.

Anyway OP, what you refer to as white hat SEO is just following the Google Webmaster Guidelines (or the guidelines of the search engine that you're targeting). If you're looking for more information on optimising your site while following these guidelines, then there are a copious amount of thread on the subject in this sub-forum:

This whole whitehat blackhat thing is a joke. Basically if you do SEO without tools its whitehat?

Its all just a marketing gimmick to charge people more for "whitehat" SEO services.

Tell google "Hey, im building links but im not using GSA or anything. I just sign up to this website and put my own url there" Google will happily slap that ass

Or as bankitlikebeckham and ThopHayt put it:
All these hat colours are non sense to me, get on with your marketing, bank and repeat.
My point exactly. As long as you are making ANY attempt to artificially alter Google's rankings they (Google) look at you as a blackhatter.

The whole white/black thing is just A) a marketing term to sell to gun-shy website owners scared of SEO and B) a term that some blackhatters like to use to describe what they deem as "safe" SEO strategies.
