I would like to add content locker on more subpages on my web site but i would like to add a feature which will allow people to check all my subpages once they do a survey on any subpage, how can i do that?​

so you mean after the visitor completes a survey, they have access to all subpages?

I think most content lockers are built this way. Just make sure you use the same html code for the locker across all these subpages
