How to do this with chatgpt?

Hi guys,

I have a list of 600 flashcards with questions and answers (uploaded via chatgpt4), and i want chatgpt to create a giant story (i have chatgpt4), but it barely does the first 3 flashcards and won't do the rest. How can i get it to do this?

I'm not sure how long in terms of words are those questions and answers. Unless they are extremely short questions and answers, like say less than 50 words for each Q&A pair, 50 x 6000 = 30000 it will be too large for using this as a context
Consider that unless you go with GPT-4-Turbo, anything below is only 8K context which, I think, will be completely insufficient for such a large amount of Q&A

In this case for GPT4 or GTP3.5, the right way to proceed is by fine-tuning, which is not too expensive.
- First I would format those flash cards in a JSON in a "prompt" "response" matter.
- Second, I would upload that JSON as a fine-tuned model.

Then you will be able to play around way better and get a better response that adapts to what you need.

Divide them in multiple prompts and combine the answers

Do cut and join on the same chat board with different prompts.

1 -use the API because the model 1106-preview has 128K context and it's not the same on the platform.
2 - divide your cards in 2 and create two stories
3 - give both stories and ask to complete.

ChatGPT gives the best results when you "act" and "ask" for things like, you would ask your best friend, like you are talking to your best friend.

Write one big prompt at the start, explain everything in the smallest details what you have as an idea with "flashcards", let him know that you want different parts, and for each new part of the "story" just type "continue".

Once again, threat ChatGPT as your best friend.
