How to do this type of cloaking?

Hy

I'm not sure is this cloaking or what it is.

Recently I see on Facebook one post, which shows that it is a domain klix .ba, but when I click on it it open completely different domain.

How can I create this?

I think I seen a post explaining how to do this in the Jr.VIP section.

I think it's not cloaking. it's something tag anchor. I am trying my hands on clickbank and cloaking but till now Not got any good basic guide. So if someone answer the OP I think it will be help for me too.
 
thats cloakin basically he redirect users coming from facebook to a diif site (money site) and klix.ba is a legit site which he sends fb crawlers to it
 
Yes, cloaking is basically used for sending the visitors from one page to another, it looks totally different with the other domain.
 
The clickjacking scripts do this as well.

Why he need to use fake domain instead he can bitly link right. Where you have see this post is it from FB NEWS Feeds ADS

I think you don't understand real potential of this. PM me if you know how to do this, and I will explain you how to use this for CPA and CPC.
