WHat program you think he is using?? it's like a cheap software for introduction showbiz news..

and the voice he is just using computer robot voice..

You can make the voice with this:

The intro seems to be adobe after effects which is a very powerful software but so hard to learn by the way

What exactly are you trying to prove? This is such a bad example of intro and tts voice it makes no sense why you would ask.

I think that voice in the clip is Neospeech (a premium HD voice) and the transition effect is simply made by windows movie maker program.
