You're wrong.. Now telegram does have a paid ads service... but they do not intend to do it to all accounts. First you need an account with some "age", then you need to make an Business account on telegram ads and then run. But they only receive payments in advance and the minimum it's $1k

Yesterday I was trying to set up ads on Telegram, but there is no mention of a minimum $1k requirement. Just need to pay via their TON crypto.

I haven't started to run ads on Telegram, so I have no idea what will be the best thing to do. I have a 4-5 years old account which I am trying to setup ads on.

Is your ad approved? you can also run ads through telega . io , a native ad platform.
True, they only accept TON Coin as payment method. and minimum is 20 TON which is around 150 USD.
