First, make sure you are posting good content on your page.

To get some initial boost, you can use FB adds, boost couple of your posts, then invite users who liked post to like your page too. This will bring you more fans.

Another good thing that you can do to increase reach is to find and join groups that are relevant to your page's niche and share posts from your page there. Make sure you don't overdo it. Couple of posts per day should be enough if you find good groups.

When posting, make sure you ask your fans to interact with the post, the more people engage with your post, there's a higher chance that FB will show the post in newsfeed of your other fans, even their friends if your fans commented on your post. So, ask them a question, what they think, try to get them to comment on your post. I saw some pages making grammar errors on purpose so fans would commented in order to let them know they made a mistake - but that wasn't mistake, it was just part of marketing strategy
