Fiverr gigs are dangerous for your site by direct use. You can use they for tier 2 and tier 3 levels.
I agree to use search.
The question: "How can i do seo" is the same "How to live".
SEO is huge area and nobody can give you exact answer.

Because there is no exact answer, you have to learn it through experience, trial and error.
I'm in exactly the same boat as you, I took some advice from the guys on here by reading the posts. I also downloaded and read the seo book that cool.dude123 suggested. Learn't quite a few good tips from it but learning seo is a long journey, you don't just get there over night.

Seriously , you just joined into Best Blackhat SEO forum and first what you do instead of search button is post thread with one sentence: " I want to know how can i do seo." Dont you feel so retarded?
It is easy to learn SEO but hard to master to have good ranking in search engine. To success in SEO, you can check out some below infor.
1. figure out your target audience
2. update your title.
3. make ech page title unique
4. add a few internal links
5. add your address on every page
6. claim your profile on merchant circle, google local business center, yahoo local, etc.
7. make a video and publish on social media sites
8. add a blog to your site

create a website that has a partial, broad keyword in its name like digital, technical, food etc.. add your your own word to it to make it sound nice. Get articles on it, make it look nice, not too nichey. Use some bhw or services to boost your site(or do it on your own), expand your site, rinse and repeat
