Hi

Here's my journey

I'm working on the most boring part for me ... the SEO part.
I have home page with some content (why choose us, who are we, ...) some related product and contact page.
Then, blog part and the shop part.
How can I do SEO correctly ?

I wrote some +500 words related from my business but ... what can I do more ?
How can I track my SEO ?
Thanks

Absolutly not ... shiet
100% noob here

Well, E-Commerce is I guess a bit different from regular Blog Pages you're willing to boost.
Your goal is to make good product descriptions, smart marketing moves like 3 items for the price of 2 and stuff like that, people love free stuff.
U probably also need an outstanding theme in reference to your competition, spend some bucks on it and u wont regret it. Building the Foundation for the shop is probably most important.
Backlinks are also really important to build domain authority and build traffic, good rankings.
For stuff like keyword research you probably need semrush or ahrefs, you can get accounts for these tools for like 3-10 dollars. They provide anything you need to track everything which relates to keywords and ranking. Keyword overviews, Domain overviews, Keyword finding tool, Audit tool for backlinks and site in general etc.

Thanks all, i'll try thgat :)

Couple of things to remember about SEO:

You don't just DO SEO. Writing a blog, putting some content on a webpage, having a product... these are all things that are a part of SEO, but it is only a small part of an entire strategy. You want to make your content share-worthy. You have to write with purpose to a specific audience. You have to optimize your titles and descriptions. You need to properly use headings to mimic structured data for Google to make use of your site in their SERP.

Take some time to learn the entire process. Plenty of great resources available for free.

On page or off page!!?
on-page SEO is very easy. so you better do manual backlinks

For most parts, yes. Shopify has nailed all basic SEO features. It has lots of built-in features & apps that effectively get your page indexed and ranked in search engines. Furthermore, it's probably the most easy-to-SEO eCommerce platform eve

With Reference to the Previous Discussion & My knowledge Here are some steps you can take to optimize your Shopify website/ Store for SEO:
  1. Optimize your website's structure: Make sure your website has a clear and logical structure, with a clear hierarchy of headings and subheadings. This will help search engines understand the organization of your content.
  2. Use relevant keywords: Use relevant keywords in your website's content, meta tags, and URLs. Make sure that the keywords you use are relevant to your products and services.
  3. Optimize your images: Use descriptive file names and alt tags for all images (Including product images) on your website. This will help search engines understand the content of your images and improve the accessibility of your website.
  4. Create a sitemap: A sitemap is a file that lists all the pages on your website and helps search engines to understand the structure of your website. Shopify websites automatically generate sitemap but you can check and submit it to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  5. Build backlinks: Backlinks are links from other websites that point to your website. They are important for SEO because they help search engines to understand the popularity and authority of your website. Reach out to other websites and ask them to link to your website.
  6. Optimize your website for mobile: More and more people are using mobile devices to browse the web, so it's important to make sure your website is mobile-friendly. Shopify is mobile friendly and responsive by default, but you can check and optimize it if needed.
  7. Use Google Analytics and Search Console: Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track your website's traffic and performance. These tools will provide valuable insights into how your website is performing and how you can improve it.
  8. Optimize your product pages: Your product pages are the most important pages on your website. Make sure that they are well-organized and easy to navigate. Use relevant keywords in your product titles and descriptions, and include high-quality images and videos.
  9. Use Shopify's built-in SEO features: Shopify provides built-in SEO features such as custom meta tags, redirects and more. Make use of these features to optimize your website for search engines.
By following these steps, you can improve your Shopify website's visibility and rankings in search engine results pages.
