How to do seo on bing and yahoo ?

Hello friends. I got slapped really hard after google hummingbirds and update 2.1 for using spam links from seo software. My content was always unique, checked with copyscape.com but placed in not relevant places. I tried already 2 big seo services from this forum. I checked that my Global Monthly Searches from bing and yahoo are almost the same, and I want to promote my blog there. What can you recommend ?

Sorry mate, but I'm 99,9% sure that the monthly searches shown on rankcheckerace for bing and yahoo has been pulled from google's keyword planner.
