Hi.. I launched about 10 hacks on my hack webpage.

How do I do seo for them? I don't want to buy expensive articles, but I wan't to do something free and effective to get them ranked a bit, where should I start?

Go with social links. Twitter, Google+, Facebook.

Harder to get them engaging enough, but cheaper than web2.0's and other paid links on blogs and such. If your competition isn't that hard, it will do the trick.

Do you already have a FB fan page? If not, then create one and promote that first. Once you start getting some legitimate traffic from Facebook, the search engines will pick up this social signal.

Make sure you don't have any google stuff on the page, like analytics or adsense, this will give google the power to ruin your rankings.
