I am facing that how to do seo and how to get top rankings

iam doing same On page
but iam thinking how to do Off Page

How on earth have you managed to find a client when you don't know what you are doing? If you don't know how to do off page SEO then you should go read a book. I can't teach you SEO from scratch with a forum post.

I can endorse the ukescube course, but should add that to be really effective you need to use his methods, then also normal seo, articles, mini-net, bookmarkting, blogging, etc.

here's a piece of wisdom i received from a very successful businessman- i dont remember his exact quote but basically what he said was that you should always have experienced specialists on your team- they shouldnt have to learn on your dime.

you my friend have proven to BHW that you have no experience with this area expertise which is fine, but dont you ever try to star charging people for a service like this when you know you can't deliver. get some crucial real world experience first and then start selling your service, if it actually provides value.
