well you have to build links for your keyword usually it is like "<cityname> escort service" , "best/top <cityname> escort service" or something
you should also put up craigslist ads usually thats where you get alot of visits from
oh and find local forums on this topic there is usually one for each city startin posting there too

Adult sites used to rely a lot on reciprocal link schemes but after subsequent Google updates recips have lost their steam. But you can still do it in moderation. Exchange links with only "very high quality and related sites". Do no more than 5 exchanges in total.
SEO for Adult sites generally have a hint of black/ gray hat so you need to do things correctly. You wouldn't want to fall on the other side...
For link building you need to be creative, not everyone puts a adult link on his site

First, make sure their phone numbers are on all local yellowpage directories. These are usually nofollow links but help. Start listing their girls or agency, or link exchange, with other sites like outcall.net, sipsap, OAD and all those. That helps alot. Their are blogs and forums specifically for escorts so you can create backlinks from there. Craigslist no longer has their adult section open but now the huge site is backpage so get listed there and make sure you check you want your listing also listed on adult search when you post on there. This should get you started.

I own some and 70% of traffic comes from searches for names and mobile phones number. Users usually find them on other websites and want to check, for example, if the pics are real or fake. By searching the phone number, if you have it well indexed on google, you'll see your traffic grow fast.
Forums talking about escorts and their services will probably start linking to your website for free, with time.

Never thought casino/gambling is now allowed "again" on adwords. Google backwards?
