Old Salt, perchance do you still have a copy of the "white paper" 7878 had available at that time and the PSD files? Much appreciated if you could share with me. Thanks. Thanks for the link and post.
I (re)added a comment to that thread that links to the white paper in it.

BTW, this is turning out to be another keeper thread.

Awesome thread, heaps of great ORM information.

ORM is a great investment for any business and is the online marketing technique that keeps on giving.

In this case, you can erase the negative material from sites due to some legal deficiencies but you should build your own SERP. The good and positive use of your official social networking pages like company's profits and posts on social media would also be helpful.

You should insert positive reviews on well reputed sites regarding your website as a proactive approach to improve ORM.

I would like to know more about doing online reputation management.

- What are the typical proactive activities of ORM?
- What are the typical activities for hiding sites that gives a client a negative reputation?
- Can you recommend anything that is worth reading? sites, articles, guides, videos, etc.
- Can you recommend any great tools for ORM?
- What are typically included in ORM-services?

Thanks in advance :)

this new tool looks very interesting: hxxp://qpx.me/reviewtrust

have anyone experience with this tool?
or some know a white label tool????

Hi mate!
I am using reputation dot com for ORM services and I'm very much satisfied from it as it is branding myself in an appropriate manner to increase users' trust.

One piece of older info in here (tried to reply with the quote but was denied) from Bass Tracker's guide caught my eye. Press releases have changed completely as a viable tool. Google slammed them hard last year, too much of a good thing, as in everyone and their uncle was using them for seo. Overnight legit press releases from established companies just disappeared in huge numbers from the serps. We built a platform for diy ORM and this happened while in the middle of discussions with PR Web (or one of the other large ones) about white labeling their front-end, which they used to allow seo/orm businesses to do. The day the news of the algorithm change for press releases hit I received a not so happy call from the sales rep that they were no longer working with any companies doing anything related to seo and orm.
