Those all look like hacked links. If you see a page with 'wp-content' in the url it's pretty much a sign of some sort of remote upload or permissions vulnerability within a Wordpress plugin or hosting configuration.
 
That happen in worpress usually because they copy and paste and make the page too look good but don't care for security or they just sold the page because they had no more usage for it, either or is better to keep an eye for this websites.
 
The whole Google search for casinos in Indonesian is full of hacked sites.

Yeah, but they seem to spam subdomains, wich means, they have access to the webserver or DNS as well.
Or it's just very poorly configurated =D

This isn't a hacker community. At least, not in that sense. You're barking up the wrong tree here asking for this. We are mostly SEO nerds.
