How to do keyword research with a big list?

So, i got a list of 100k keywords and i want to analyze them into google keywords tool. How can i do that the fastest way possible?

I know Market Samurai can handle up to 800 keywords/search but that would take ages too and i want them all in 1 file. So how can i do it the fastest way??

When you say 100k keywords, what kind of keywords are you talking about?

Do they all have a decent CPC and search volume and you just need to dig deeper on each of them like competition, trends, etc?

It is from google suggest and i want to know how much traffic they get. I think i'll build a zennoposter template for that.
