I was wondering what ways there are nowadays to grow my personal instagram account. Posting content regularly with a mixture of hashtags was good enough to work, but as I see on on the app on my phone it seems like most posts are either personalized or only contain popular posts.

Is there still a possibility to reach instagram users, using hashtags, on my personal account?

Yes, you cam use hashtags. Also if you post images, use trendong music as well, also in the reels. Don't go mlre than 5 reels per day. Add your followers to the 'Close friends list'. Do stories, highlights and try to find same accounts in your niche and do shoutouts.
