Plugin keyword or the website into a seo tool like ahref , semrush , or ubersuggest if you are in budget and get the report.
Each of these tool have their own guide on how to do it as it's specific to the tool. Also they have youtube videos for it.

As mentioned already, Semrush and Ahrefs are great for competitor keyword analysis
