I’m trying to drive traffic by commenting on Reddit, but I’m not sure what works. If anyone has tips or methods that actually work, please share.

. Honestly just spamming links doesn't work. People sniff that out real quick. Try being genuinely helpful first off. Find a subreddit where you actually know stuff and answer peoples questions thoughtfully. If your site solves a problem bring it up naturally only if its relevant. And for the love of all thats holy dont be pushy. Think like you're talking to a friend not trying to sell them something. Quality over quantity dude. One really good comment is way better than ten bad ones.

To drive traffic on Reddit, focus on being helpful and genuine. Avoid short or repeated replies, don’t flood threads use multi-quote if needed. Skip “thanks” messages or PM offers; instead, share value directly in your comments. If you contribute meaningfully, people will check you out naturally.

I think linking its not the way to go ,instead give people so much value that will contact you and ask you for more .I think this its the way to go

Warm up accounts, or buy them aged. Start by logging in, browsing... replying to comments.
Don't start posting or even posting new comments yourself for several days.
Use adspower or Dolphin with high quality rotating proxies.
Opt to spam brand names/website names rather than links (unless you're doing affiliate).

as some other members pointed out, be genuine. If you go straight to promo people will notice and you will get called out. Also do not overspam in a given subreddit. Try to be gentle, helpful and respectful.

Reddit traffic works best when you're helpful, not salesy. Add value to real convos, drop your link only when it fits naturally. Use aged accounts if possible, and focus on niche subreddits where your content makes sense.

mind giving examples on how you do it? are you making any real money doing this?
I have generated some leads for my business with Reddit posting. What I can say worked the best so far is to write posts/comments by yourself/any human - not AI. tried both. had more traction without AI. It is possible, but I think you would need more accounts aged with big karma and maybe do a whole thing. ofc proxy and some other things (which I clearly don't know) might be required.
