There are many ways you can search online or use a paid account with manual and the training material i suggest if you want to start in professional way contact the support persons .

OP you need to try cloakers with ad networks to learn how to do it properly, no one going to teach you how its exactly done. But its not that hard. IF you dont know basics of cloaking, you can search in Google.

Helpful link right here, OP check this out. I personally found someone on skype who was knownledgeable in SEO, IM, cloaking etc and had them do it. I'm sure many would recommend the same.
