How to do a URL Redirect on Registrar level?

Hey Guys,

I have problem with redirecting my domains on a registrar level.
The registrar has the worst support ever, the are just not answering my questions!

Ok i click there on the domain name, and than on "DNS Management".
There are 3 fields:
- Host Name
- Record Type
- Adress

Can u please tell me what to write in these fields?

Would need to see a screenshot, also what's the company name?

The redirect is working now, but i guess its not the perfect solution to have three lines there like i did it. Which would be the best option?

The company is Canvashost.

I wrote them at least 5 times asking the same question as here but they only wrote random things back that had nothing to do with my question. Maybe its a good registrar, i can not tell yet. But the support is horrible!

Should a redirect on registrar level work instantly or need i to wait some hours?

Can u suggest some good sources where i can get information on this topic?

That just looks like a WHMCS module and they are more than likely re-selling off another registrar.

thOma4s, has this fact any influence on the linkjuice of the redirection?
