How to do a quality check for guest posting service?

Hello guys,

I've seen that a lot of the guys are providing guest posting services. All of them mention that the website dose have
1. Good DA PA
2. TF and CF
3. No, spam.
But, when you open their site you'll find their website look fishy.
So, my question is how to identify that the website is legit or not?
Will it be good to choose that website or is it good to stay out of these websites?

If I don't recognize the website, then I don't buy a post on it.
If there's no engagement on the website, then I don't buy a post on it.
If there is out of place anchor texts in the posts, then I don't buy a post on it.
If the backlinks to the site are metric-inflators, such as guest book posts and blog comments, then I don't buy a post on it.

You are right most of guest posting sites contain fishy layouts and design and content but some of sites are really good and good for posting.

If someone is selling guests posts on a place like this, it's probably not a site you want a link on. For quality guest posting opportunities, you need to do the legwork and reach out to some of these blog owners personally and start building relationships. The time invested will pay dividends if you do it the right way.

Active social accounts connected to the website
Activity on the site in the form of comments
Organic traffic in SEMrush

Are usually indicators it's more than a PBN site.
