To send a direct message on BlackHatWorld, you need to have at least 15 quality posts, which you have.
Once you've met this requirement, the "Start a Conversation" option will become available.
Note: After reaching the 15-post threshold, it may take a short while for the system to update and grant you messaging privileges.
If you don't see the "Start a Conversation" option immediately, please be patient.
