How to discover Trending Topics?

You can use google trends but dont just go to the fully trending topics, a lot of people pick up on those, do some outside of google research on a bunch of topics you think might be trending and are not that trending and then go to google trend do a check on all of them and pick the best one or best ones

Google Trends are the best way to go about it. It can be used to find good niches, how to add freshness to old content, searching for current trends as well as seasonal trends, shopping or youtube trends. You name a trend and it can be found on it with the information of how popular it is at that moment.

There is an app called Trending. You can see what's trending on Google, YouTube, Reddit, News, and Twitter. You can also select a country.

You can setup Google Alerts on keywords. Also, you can use tools like Buzzsumo, awario, and mention. Those produce some good results which are really fruitful.

Google Trends and Twitter Hashtags would the way to start.
When using G Trends search alongside your main word, for other related words in the niche (or related niches) to home down to what is really working. Also check out Neil Patel´s tool and then refine / confirm your findings with NicheGenetics. Cross-referencing across those different tools will help you find those winning hot niches.
