how to disable the event wall posts??

hey i have some viral event and he disabled the wall post ...there is no wall at all even after you click join the event ...this prevent people from posting scam or fake !! does anyone here can help me and let me know how they disable the event wall ?

you go to edit event and at the bottom there is 2 options. last one says allow public to post on wall. untick it.

only admins can do this

when i go to edit there are 3 options

• Make this event public (anyone can see and join)
• Let guests invite friends
• Show the guest list on the event page

i unchecked the first one but it does not disable the wall post it does not work

The easiest way to do this is create a page then create an event through the page. It will let you untick the box where comments are allowed!
