I am applying for a max bounty account but they want me to call them back since they said they can't call me. They give me 613-834-3955 x221. but i am unable to call on this number its prompting a wrong number

This is not about knowing the extension number. I know it very well. My query was specific as to why this number was not getting connected and prompting the wrong number.

Ok my apologies, but maybe you can email or dm them and ask if that's the right number?

Possibly a difference in time zone. Try calling Canada/USA business hours, maybe it is different from your country.
