How to development of a site to flip

I am getting in to flipping sites. I have only sold one for $77 and i was only testing the water. Plus the fact i enjoy building sites too.

My question is, how do i develop my site to flip to add value to it?
Do i submit to search engines and directories and submit articles?

Anything else i can do to generate value and traffic to my sites before i stick them up for sale???

If there is any good ebooks on here please forward my links too. I cant seem to find any.

Well first you will want to look over the domain names you already own. Determine if it would be best to make it a directory, standard site, blog, forum, etc. Then build the site, you could always scrape the content, spin it (download section for article spinners) and have fresh content. Then there is always the trick of taking an article, translating it into another language, then back to english, then to another language, then back to english. It won't be as reader friendly, but you see the point. There is no need to submit to search engines, they will find your website via backlinks. Article submissions are a great start, have plenty of good content on your site(s), you could even pay someone for directory submissions and social bookmarking services. This way in the coming months, the search engines will hopefully find the directory submissions you did and include that as a back link to your site.

If you are making a forum, you could always find a used database to import into your site which will give it a shit load of content. Or you could pay individuals to make posts each day for XX days. Won't cost much, I bet you could outsource cheaply. There are so many ways to market a website, you just have to search around for the information on this forum. Last thing you could do it hit up Google and just do a search for

inurl:"cbreceipt"

and flip through the results looking for marketing material.

Develop your sites, then link-build, link-build, link-build. Sit on your site for a couple of months (maybe drive some fake traffic to it) waiting for a PR update, and some kid over at sitepoint will go crazy for your PR2 gambling website with some fake traffic and overpay you for it.

I was thinking about selling my gambling site. That is getting some traffic to it from ezine article submissions, getting about 10 + sign ups a week.

So, just outsource the link building for a month and sellin it then?

l would not do as jamesP suggests ripping newbies off is wrong and it will get you a bad rep online its just as easy to be honest and do it properly
