I just want to create a basic software where the user fill in a userform with 2 entries and when he hits "ok" button these info are send to my email adress.
- is this feasible for a perfect noob like me ?
- could anybody advise me how to achieve this project (what kind of software to use, noob tutorials...)?
- does somebody have already created a similar software ?

Does it have to be a desktop program or are you looking for something web based?

very simple in .net. You can use express versions (vb.net express or c# express) they are free, google either.
Here is an example in VB:
