How to determine whether the website weight has been reduced

My two websites have not been updated since last month. Have they been downgraded? The content and blogs I posted are still included normally. The number of inclusions of one of the websites is still increasing, but the exposure and clicks are gone. Is this a punishment? I did use a small part of AI to generate content, but most of it is handwritten by myself.
